Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot various hotel guestroom appliances such as safes, minibars, kettles, hairdryers, irons, and clocks.
• Manage the entire spare parts inventory and improve inventory control processes.
• Handle technical issues for local and overseas hotel customers and generate investigation reports.
• Collaborate closely with certification and sales colleagues to address challenges.
• Participate in testing, evaluating, and implementing new products.
• Visits to overseas customers/distributors to provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for UPS, DC Systems, and Battery installations, commissions, repairs, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with end-users on-site to ensure smooth installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure safe execution of site work.
• Deliver training to customers on the startup and operation of UPS and DC Systems.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance contracts to ensure work is completed promptly.

POSITION OVERVIEW : Front Office Level 2 Application Support

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Experience: 1 - 3 years Proven experience in Level 2 application support within the financial services or trading technology space. Expertise in front-office trading platforms and financial applications, such as ION, Bloomberg, MarkitWire, Fidessa, Front Arena, CME Brokertec, TradeWeb, and Trading Technologies. Experience supporting a diverse range of financial products, including IR and CR Derivatives, TRS, Equities, Fixed Income, FX products. Strong understanding of incident management processes, familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA) and the ability to resolve complex technical issues under pressure.

Technical Skills: Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, particularly within trading platforms, market data feeds, and trade execution systems. Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., GLPI, ServiceNow, JIRA) for managing incidents, requests, and tracking progress. Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows environments, including command-line tools and scripting for basic system administration. Understanding of networking protocols and data feeds and how they interact with trading platforms. Experience with SQL and the ability to query databases to investigate data-related issues.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with traders, ensuring seamless communication across teams, all while working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear instructions and updates. Maintain composure and focus while working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments to ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Job Descriptions:

The Candidate must possess experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for applications. Have demonstrated the ability to perform the following:

• Grant access rights for user accounts via requests raised in a ticketing system
• Assist with system testing and verifications following infrastructure changes and system patches.
• Liaise and follow up with external vendors on Level 2/3 support for troubleshooting issues/incidents and software development for change requests.
• Ensure all reported incident tickets and service requests meet the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Perform maintenance tasks and documentation reports in periodic and/or unplanned manners (ad-hoc requests).
• Prepare production deployment for bug fixes and system enhancements.
• Monitor schedule jobs / interfaces and follow up with remedy actions when necessary.
• Conduct housekeeping of system logs and project documents when necessary.
• Transcode files (e.g. media, document, etc.) for applications and servers.
• Ingest digital and media content (e.g. photographs/images, audio, etc.) into applications and servers.

Job Requirements:

• The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• The Candidate must possess a minimum of FIVE (5) years’ professional experience in the IT or Infocomm industry. Good to have experience in the maintenance of web applications.
