• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Annual Leave Transportation Allowance + Medical

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage systems changes using an established change request process, including assessing the impact, obtaining necessary approvals, and communicating status updates
• to multiple stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to incidents, conducting thorough investigations, and providing timely temporary and/or permanent resolutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and proactively implement measures to prevent recurrence. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and make adjustments as necessary.
• Proactively monitor and measure the performance and availability of systems, using appropriate monitoring tools and methodologies. Identify and implement corrective actions to improve system performance and availability based on the findings.
• Monitor and maintain agreed service levels, such as response times for service requests and system availability. Document and regularly update system configurations, and provide comprehensive reports to relevant parties on a regular basis.
• Develop and implement comprehensive service continuity measures, including robust backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, to ensure uninterrupted business operations in the event of a disruption.
• Provide expert technical advice and guidance on systems to customers and project teams, assisting them in making informed decisions and resolving complex technical
• issues.
• Manage the resources and schedule for system implementation and operation activities, ensuring optimal utilization and adherence to timelines

Requirements:

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - must be from IT background - Training Provided
• At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service/ Help desk is preferred
• Higher Nitec Certification IT Field or any related discipline.
• IT support and helpdesk experience will be a plus
• Good Communication Skills who can write in details the incident report to submit to the vendor

Job Description

• You will be part of the Industry Partnership Group – Secretariat Office, to coordinate, review and improve work processes to better organise and facilitate e2i’s services and programmes to companies on their manpower needs. These include relevant reporting and coordination with internal stakeholders to provide employment support to retrenching companies and affected workers to support e2i’s role in the Taskforce for Responsible Retrenchment and Employment Facilitation, active engagement with internal stakeholders to problem solve and drive process improvements and working closely with internal and external partners to drive NTUC’s Company Training Committees (CTCs) outreach effort.

Job Responsibilities

• Problem solver to support Industry Partnership Group by pro-actively driving improvements on work processes and initiatives across teams within the Group and across Groups within the organisation. Engage various stakeholders to analyse, review and get buy-in to push for continuous improvements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly reports and analyse trends.
• Organise group sharing sessions to enable cross-learning across teams within the Group.
• Coordinate with government agencies (where applicable) and internal stakeholders on national initiatives and programmes to support workers on employment and employability.
• Follow-up with internal stakeholders on retrenchment notifications, track and update retrenchment database.
• Design, pilot and scale cross-sectors initiatives that will enhance the reach of CTCs and e2i’s programmes to external stakeholders such as organising partnership-related events and conducting presentations.

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, self-driven, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good in conceptualisation and developing new ideas.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in outreach, business development preferred.
