About the Role:

As a CBRE Lead Contract Support, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
• Be a financial and operational systems champion. Suggest efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.
• Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage sub-contractor paperwork.

• Escorting contractors working in school compound i.e. Pest Control, Building works & repair, Aircon maintenance servicing & electrical work.
• Assist in the maintenance of school Facilities i.e. Receive faults/damage report from teachers, co-ordinate with TC for repair, monitoring repair progress and ensure safety measures are in place during maintenance.
• Assist in the day to day operations and functions of the school as directed by School Leaders; Administrations & Operations Managers.
