Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals for assigned accounts within the Food Service Channel.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting specific districts and sub channels to broaden product distribution.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, driving percentage growth in sales.
• Provide weekly updates on potential accounts, including clear action plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with assigned accounts to maximize sales and distribution, ensuring monthly targets are met.
• Work in partnership with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with brand objectives.
• Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to forecast stock needs, ensuring availability during peak seasons to meet sales goals and fulfillment targets.
• Liaise with the Finance team to resolve billing issues and clear outstanding accounts.
• Monitor and control trade spending, ensuring adherence to budget limits.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

• Minimum 2-3 years of Sales experience, preferably in the Food Service/ F&B Industry.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
• Good proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

This is a proactive business development role, where you'll initiate outreach to industry leaders, demonstrating the value that collaborative R&D projects can bring to their product development processes. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Electronics or Semiconductor industry, particularly in product development or commercialization.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and navigate complex, multi-sector environments.
• Self-starter with a strong ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.

Sales & Marketing Manager ( 5.5 days week )

· Plan visits to existing and new specialist doctors to establish good rapport and develop new business opportunities

· Develop marketing strategy and executing marketing projects from start to finish

· Develop & maintain relationships with channel suppliers such as insurance company, specialist & GP clinics for lasting working relationship

· Communicate and rollout of marketing plans

· Research on demand for existing products/services and developing plans

· Conduct competitor analysis and pricing research

· Identify potential customers segments in B2C and B2B

· Develop promotional packages to our clients

· Compile lists describing our Product / Service offerings

· Building brand awareness and positioning

· Create new business opportunities with clients; doctors to our centres

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years relevant working experience preferably with medical centre

· Diploma/ Degree in business/ Sales or marketing

· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

· Experience in customer service and/or healthcare industry

· Able to do cold call daily

. Self-starter and dynamic personality

· Sales driven to meet & introduce new clients; doctors to the centre

. Can converse mandarin to Chinese-speaking customers.
