Context:

• Decommissioning of a trading platform for Bonds business activity to a main front office target platform.
• The senior developer will lead a future team of developers. The team will be fully allocated to this project and will be part of a multi-site project team.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies), or related fields
• 5-7 years of experience in Production Support of financial systems
• Strong knowledge of KONDOR+ application for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets applications
• ITIL certification/knowledge.
• Knowledge of major market regulatory body’s rules is an advantage
• Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso…) is an advantage
• Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
• Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
• Risk analysis and project execution
• Knowledge of Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Configuration Management

Job Roles

- Safely drive buses to fuel bays, through the Auto Bus Wash, and to designated parking spots.

- Ensure electric buses are correctly plugged in and charging initiated.

- Refuel buses accurately and document all information.

- Handle refueling equipment with care and adhere to SOPs.

- Complete the demounting of buses per demounting list according to SOPs and maintain proper documentation.

- Manage orderly parking and ensure safety during refueling and garaging activities.

- Maintain compliance with company SOPs and ensure accident-free operations.

- Assist with garaging activities and ensure proper housekeeping.

- Adhere to workplace safety and health policies, practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace; and not engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitor production issues, respond based on production defect severity SLAs.

• Respond to production issues related to AS/400 platforms, providing quick and effective solutions.

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production issues, including system errors, slow performance, and application failures.

• Ensure minimal downtime and provide detailed troubleshooting steps for incidents.

• Track, prioritize, and resolve incidents related to the AS/400 systems, ensuring timely closure within service level agreements (SLAs).

• Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

• Use monitoring tools to continuously track system health, applications, and background processes.

• Strong skills in AS400, Linux/Unix Shell scripting, MS SQL, Oracle, BMC Control-M Scheduler

• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and procedures.

• Provide regular reports on system performance, incident resolution, and overall system health.

• Ensure that all work is properly logged in the incident and change management systems.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience preferably in Application Support.

• Hands-on experience in writing AS400 and SQL queries and parsing logs for issue investigation
