We are seeking a candidate to join our Advanced Response Center (ARC) Tier 1 team. This role involves providing first-level technical support in a secure environment for complex products and services. Key responsibilities include:

Responding to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming requests and incidents via calls, emails, webchat, IVR, and monitoring consoles.

Basic Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to workplace systems, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Secure Access Service Edge, and POS systems.

Provide support in restoring OALC facilities back to their original state in readiness for the upcoming camp, including but not limited to:

Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and readiness of camp facilities for the next camp.

Support camp operations, including but not limited to:

Collaborating with the meal caterer to facilitate the provision of meals and snacks for camp participants, ensuring dietary requirements and food safety standards are met.

Assisting in the breakdown and storage of camp equipment and supplies at the conclusion of each camp, ensuring proper inventory and organization for future use.
