As a Trading Support Engineer, you will be able to gain extensive exposure to market access, trade monitoring, process optimization, system enhancement, alpha management and automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global trading activities and analyze and troubleshoot issues that may arise in the normal course of business in a timely and accurate manner
• Develop tools for trading analysis and trading procedure automations that helps monitor the live trading
• Work collaboratively with researchers and developers and be their first line of support for any queries
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline legacy processes to enhance productivity and controls

Qualifications

• Degree in business analytics, computing, data science, quantitative finance or related fields

Job Overview:

• Provide technical support for internal staff and occasionally for clients. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. Ensure smooth IT operations within the agency and at client sites as needed.
