• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
• Perform code packaging end to end until release to Production, the maintaining application is done by the Production team
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.
• Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.

1. Shift Timing
   1. Morning shift 6am to 3pm
   2. General shift 9am to 6pm.
   3. Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm
   4. Night shift 10pm to 7am.
2. Need to support including night shift, weekends and public holidays

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar)

• Support UAT and Interface Testing.

Requirements:

• Must be Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.
• Must have minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in supporting enterprise-level applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting application issues, performing log analysis, and using monitoring tools.
• Experience with databases and SQL query language.
• Familiar with software development life cycle (SDLC) and ITIL principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasionally required to work late hours (to support application deployment) and weekends (to support UAT)
