This role is vital to providing first-level application support, performing routine maintenance, managing incidents, and collaborating with IT and development teams to deliver robust application solutions.

Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving application issues, deploying and testing updates in development and UAT environments, and ensuring applications run efficiently and securely in production. With a solid understanding of technologies such as Java (Spring Boot), JavaScript, React.js, RESTful APIs, and OracleSQL, as well as operating environments like RedHat/Linux, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Support

• Provide first-level support for application-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams as needed.

Routine Maintenance

• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and backups. And code changes
• Deploy and test application in DEV and UAT before deploy to prod
• Ensure applications are running efficiently and securely.

User Assistance

• Assist end-users with application-related queries and issues.
• Provide basic training and guidance on application usage.

Incident Management:

• Track and manage incidents using a ticketing system.
