• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Work with sales team when closing sales

Responsibilities:

• Approach potential customers, build and maintain own specific relationship maps for your territory, incorporating both existing relationships and aspirational contacts.
• Manage current customer expectations while expanding reach and depth within the assigned territory.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by emphasizing value and ROI.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness when tackling challenges that defy easy solution.
• Have intuitive sense of necessary steps to close deals and secure customer validation.
• Identify a comprehensive set of business drivers behind every opportunity.
• Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
• Exhibit strong ambition to grow the business as a leader in the country, demonstrating high efficiency and motivation for career success.

Requirements:

• Posseses over 5 years of closing experience, with a blend of field sales in mid-market and enterprise segments, specializing in the Telecom and FSI sectors within the IT industry, as well as Government, Manufacturing, Retail and Transportation sectors.
• Previous experience with vendors or system integrators are added value.
• Sales experience in the software industry, with a preference for ITSM, ITOM, Cloud, Saas, BI, ITOPs, CRM/ERP sales experience.
• ITIL certificate is plus point.
• A strategic thinker who is proactive, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
