• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
• Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, Deal Registrations for salespersons and quotations to showcase the CCTV product range and its features to customers
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies and implement promotional materials and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target set by the management to contribute to the overall growth of the business

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand CCTV technical product specifications and convey them to customers clearly
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters

Responsibilities:

• Drive strong sales growth to achieve sales and profit targets within assigned territories, industries, and channels.
• Identify and develop new distributors in designated areas.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, direct customers, purchasers, and end-users.
• Deliver sales and product training to distributors and end-users.
• Collaborate with key customers and distributors to plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional programs aligned with company goals.
• Recommend effective pricing strategies for all product lines.
• Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information.

Job Requirements:

• A highly sales-driven individual with strong self-motivation and a passion for increasing sales, coupled with a desire to be rewarded for success.
• Proven experience in sales is essential; prior experience in chemical product sales with a regional sales focus in Southeast Asia is highly preferred. Experience in the marine, oil & gas, or industrial sectors, as well as distributor management, is advantageous.
• Regional sales experience in Southeast Asia is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• A strong belief that sales is a numbers-driven field, with achieving targets as the ultimate goal.
• Must be comfortable to travel overseas if required.
