Job Description:

This job is responsible for supporting Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) with managing and growing revenue both domestically and globally within an assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sale through implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Job expectations include partnering with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet the needs of the client.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), including client planning, client calling efforts, client team meeting preparation, delivery, and follow-up, and revenue and pathway tracking
• Conducts industry, client, and prospect research to develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning
• Completes price and cost benefit analysis models to develop pricing strategies, which includes working with the Treasury Sales Officer on non-standard pricing
• Partners with Product Specialists and support partners to develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen existing relationships
• Supports clients through the implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
• Ensures the accuracy of sales data including managing sales pathways, call reporting, and profitability reporting
• Participates in in-person calling activities and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities with Treasury Sales Officers

Minimum Education Requirement:

• Bachelors’ degree required, ideally in Business Administration

Responsibilities:

• Visit new customer and look for a new business opportunity (Valves)
• Continue to strengthen the relationship with existing accounts
• To handle MRO and allocated Projects
• Market company capabilities as a valve automation and service center
• To do site troubleshooting work when required

Requirements:

• Min Nitec / Diploma
• Trained in instrumentation & controls or in a mechanical field is an advantage
• Experience in Marine Offshore, MRO, Projects for Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Pharmaceutical / Power plant is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Mature individual with initiative and a good team player
• Possessing own vehicle with Class 3 driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day operational support for IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth functioning of critical systems;
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution for issues related to Windows servers and networking.

Windows Server Administration:

• Manage and maintain Windows servers in production and test environments;
• Perform routine health checks, patching, updates, and system monitoring;
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for server configurations.

Network Support:

• Provide basic-level support for network operations, such as managing VLANs, IP configurations, and basic troubleshooting of switches, routers, or firewalls;
• Collaborate with the network team to resolve connectivity issues and ensure network uptime.

Collaboration with Teams:

• Work closely with the IT teams and stakeholders to meet operational requirements;
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary;
• Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation of procedures.

Problem Solving & Reporting:

• Analyze and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime;
• Prepare incident reports, root cause analyses, and daily/weekly status updates.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure support;
• Previous experience providing support or similar financial institutions will be a plus;
• Strong expertise in managing Windows Server environments (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP);
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts and devices (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls);
• Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting server and network performance.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a dynamic environment;
• Ability to adapt quickly to client-specific processes and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ITIL framework and BAU support processes;
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server or Cisco CCNA would be a plus.
