Key Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products. Contribute to the FMECA process.
• Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab. Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified. Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) on New Product final test
• Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues. Participate in or own CAPA process. Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) if needed
• Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals)
• Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices (CENs), Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs) and troubleshooting guides as required
• Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs)
• Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class. Train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Product Support (TPS) assigned to customers who will receive ELS Shipments, prior to shipping
• Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations

Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher qualifications
• 4 - 7 years of semiconductor equipment experiences
• Prior experience with PVD or CVD or Wet Cleans chamber highly desirable
• Experience with Metrology tools a plus
• Ability to commit to some travelling requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user account access by granting and reactivating rights through requests raised in a ticketing system.
• Assist in system testing and verification processes following infrastructure changes and system patches.
• Coordinate with external vendors for Level 2/3 support to troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and oversee software development for change requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of incident tickets and service requests, meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Generate and manage reports for user access, application reviews, and other statistical purposes.
• Oversee user management tasks and key performance indicators (KPI) tracking.
• Prepare for production deployment of bug fixes and system enhancements.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and system interfaces, following up with remedial actions when necessary.
• Perform regular housekeeping of system logs and project documentation.
• Transcode media and document files for use in applications and servers.
• Manage the ingestion of digital content, such as images and audio, into relevant systems.
• Carry out additional operational and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant experience in IT or the Infocomm sector, with a focus on operational support and system maintenance, particularly web application management.
• Expertise in system administration and operational support is essential.

Main purpose of the role:

To be responsible for the patching and vulnerability management of all Infra environments across data centres

Key accountabilities and duties:

• To perform patching using the Tools (Bigfix, SCCM, Netbot) or any other tool customer may have with SOP based approach.

• To escalate on all major patching and vulnerability issues to L2/L3 teams where appropriate.

• Monitor systems to ensure all patching is completed successfully and track patch management metrics, producing reports on compliance & effectiveness.

• To participate in daily checks on Tools (Bigfix, SCCM, Netbot) and log any issues not already logged by monitoring and alerting.

• To raise appropriate changes in order for patch implementation and adhere to internal Change Control and ITIL standards.

• To ensure all communications on patch schedule, change planning & approval are done with Apps/Business Owners.

• Able to work Shifts that can be part of 24*7 operating model

• To carry out any other task associated with the role as reasonably requested.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

• Basic Knowledge of Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Reporting.

• Some level of experience and understanding of IT Systems, Infrastructure (Linux/Unix/VMWare/Networks/Database/OCP, etc) & Security, Patch Management tools.

• Shift work Required including weekends and work as part of team.

• As a member of the extended Global IT patching team, working closely with peers to provide a cohesive and collaborative end-to-end patching function.

Job Requirement

· ITE or Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, IT, electronics, AI and any engineering fields.

· 1 ~ 2 years of relevant work experience in system integration, robotics or Automation.

· Knowledge in Autocad is advantaged. To make and amend engineering drawing when require.

· Good working knowledge in IT, Network system and skill in software interfaces will be an added advantage.

· Able to understand robotics, robotics developments, autonomous navigation and system integration.

· Good communication skills, resourceful and can work independently.
