Responsibilities:

· Willing to work in shifts to provide rotational 24/7 shift application support duties as mentioned below.

· Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.

· Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.

· Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.

· Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.

· Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.

· Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.

· At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.

· At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.

· At least 3-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.

· Perform code packaging end to end until release to Production, the maintaining application is done by the Production team

· Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.

· Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows environment and scripting.

· Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.

· Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.

· Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.

· Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.

Shift Timing

· Morning shift 6am to 3pm

· General shift 9am to 6pm.

· Afternoon shift 2pm to 11pm

· Night shift 10pm to 7am.

The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. This will be achieved through supporting, maintaining and optimising ICT software and hardware, desktop and printing, and local and enterprise applications and associated operating systems as required.

Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, the IT Support Officer will provide 1st and 2nd level frontline support and services for the client business – also expanding to Navitas’ group ICT operations and will be proactively involved in the support of the client’s LAN, hardware, server and client operating systems and applications.

This position is an IT Support Officer within the Navitas Global IT Team based at Curtin Singapore. This position will primarily be based at the specified home campus, but may be required to work at any Navitas facility and will involve some evening and weekend work and on-call support.

Key Accountabilities:

The IT Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Providing frontline support, training, and ongoing troubleshooting assistance to all staff for bespoke client and group wide ICT systems
