Equipment Maintenance

• Creation and updating of equipment card, service contracts and service calls in SAP system.
• Extract monthly report of expiring preventive maintenance contracts and send email reminder to users.

Invoice processing

• Check, sort and process invoices. Do matching of documents vs SAP system.
• Alert Procurement if mistakes are spotted.
• Liaise with vendors and users for invoices, credit note, installation dates etc..
• Getting approval and signatures from users / managers
• Print, scan, re-index and save documents into Therefore system and S Drive.
• Filing of documents
• Assist Procurement and Accounts Team with month end and year end closing.
• Assist with quarterly common stock take.
• Any other duties

Vendor database

• Request and ensure new vendors fill up the Vendor Registration form before sharing details with Accounts Assistant to create accounts in the SAP system for new vendors.
• •Save a copy of the Vendor Registration form in Shared drive.

Purchase Order processing

• Review purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancieswith the initiating party/user.
• Identify suitable vendors for the requested items, including corresponding with them onprices, product availability and delivery.
• Review quotations provided and check offered prices against past purchase records.
• Update the price lists when necessary.
• Communicate and negotiate with vendors for improved purchase terms, includingreduction in price.
• Process requisitions into purchase orders using the SAP system and any change orderswithin 24 hours upon receipt of final confirmation from initiating party/user.
• Ensure that all purchase orders are approved by the appropriate authority on a daily basis.
• Send approved purchase orders to vendors and to users initiating the requests.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered on promised datesor to expedite deliveries based on users’ requests.
• Respond to users’ inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations.

Basic salary: up to $4000 Basic + Transport Allowance
Work Location: Kaki Bukit (near Kaki Bukit MRT)
Work Days: 5 Days, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:
• To support the sales team with on-site or remote demonstrations, installation / training / reparation of the product scope under service responsibility throughout the entire region.
• Provide online, remote, or on-site demonstrations or testing of the supported solutions and installation/training
• Become a participant in sales team training courses and train sales personnel on-site to improve the effectiveness of their exploration actions
• Collaborate with sales representatives to participate in organizing sales activities to achieve established revenue and profit targets (exhibitions, roadshows, phone and on-site exploration, potential customer follow-up, etc)
• Weekly reports may affect the company's business positioning activities and market development (customer needs, standards, competition, etc)
• Maintain a high level of market, technical, and product knowledge by attending company training courses
• Monitor changes in market application demand

Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Engineering fields
• 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in selling or supporting industrial equipment (ideally CNC and/or Laser).
• Local & ASEAN travelling required
• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle not required but transport allowance will be given should candidate possess own vehicle
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CRM software and CAD/CAM software
• Good command of verbal and written English
