Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work. Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Applovin, and others to drive downloads.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and ensure objectives are met.
• Develop concepts, storyboards, and directions for marketing creatives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling solutions for user acquisition.
• Plan and oversee the A/B testing of games/creatives to optimize performance and identify the most effective strategies for player engagement.
• Analyze campaign data to extract meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Research, strategize, and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Prepare ASO content for app visibility and assist with ads monetization tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any other related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing
• Experience with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Applovin).
• Familiar with Mobile Measurement Partner (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust)
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good creative skills with the ability to develop compelling marketing assets.
• Highly motivated to explore and stay updated on AI tools and market trends
• A passion for games

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of short video trends on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, with the ability to leverage these trends in user acquisition strategies.
• Familiarity with ads monetization processes.
• Knowledge of ASO strategies and best practices.
