Your mission:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of contracts, agreements, and other trade and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and signatures.
• Monitor contract performance and take necessary actions to address any issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized contract documentation and record keeping.
• Process trade documentation, including import and export permits, letters of credit, and shipping documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Manage trade compliance, including ensuring adherence to customs regulations and trade laws.
• Stay updated on trade regulations and industry practices.
• Assist in the resolution of trade disputes and other related issues.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in trade operations and contract management.
• Knowledge of reviewing Letter of Credit and shipping procedures is preferred

Contract Period:

• From 01 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months) + Optional 2 years

Deployment:

• Mondays to Fridays: 12:30pm to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1hr meal break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Works:

1. Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office and the school library is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:

• Collating of data for the college
• Administer daily student loan of laptops, uniforms, etc.
• Administer daily booking and usage of discussion rooms
• Administer student / staff information
• Organise office stores and physical library resources
• Design and decorate the general office and library spaces
• Maintain a collection of newspaper articles suitable for use as supplementary resources to support teaching and learning
• Assist in coordinating with supplier(s) on the delivery of office supplies, teaching resources and library resources
• Loan of ICT/AV equipment
• Printing, photocopying and filing of materials
• Set up refreshments for meetings
• Any other duties as assigned by AM

1. Singaporean Citizen or PRs is preferred

2. Those who have many years of working experience in the post of ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT or ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT n Singapore are preferred

3. Can handle drive a car for boss and other related administrative secretarial work and so on.

4. Manage the company's administrative and personnel matters, and be responsible for the company's document management

5. Assist the work tasks arranged by the boss

6. Work six days a week, with overtime and other work arrangements assigned by the manager.
