Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Solution sales or similar in banking or finance sector
Proficient in banking payment ecosystem with preferably experience with Networks (Visa, Mastercard, JCB…) or processors.
Able to discuss and define strategies to deploy Digital issuance and digital payment processing by suggesting suitable implementation to prospects and customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our pre-opening team in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for driving the Resort’s revenue through formulating and executing effective sales strategies and programs for our events like Weddings and Banquets.
Key Responsibilities
Working with the Sales and Marketing team, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing an effective sales strategy to achieve our revenue targets for our events like Weddings and Banquets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions.
Achieve the Resort’s revenue targets by selling the Resort’s various offerings, including Weddings and Banquets etc.
The Sales Manager will also assist in preparing and presenting sales projections and reports. In doing this, the incumbent is to consider the latest industry and market trends which will be done through conducting market research.
Prepare and manage budgets for events, ensuring profitability while maintaining high standards of our Resort.
Work closely together with different teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Job Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort. Pre-opening experience would be advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with a well ingrained sales & service mindset. The incumbent also needs to be equipped with a proven track record of business negotiation and customer / stakeholder management skills.
Able to handle matters independently, and able to exercise self-motivation to complete projects.

Education Qualification:
ITE/A Level/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual is preferred OR
Diploma in any discipline
Experience:
Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2B environment with good sales track record.

Have experience to look for opportunity in various tender portal, Gebiz and BCA.
Experience in Audio & Visual, videoconferencing, telephony solutions is a plus
