Responsibilities:

• Offer through administrative support to the Managing Director, such as scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, processing expense claims, and preparing reports.
• Develop fee proposals, presentations, and materials for tender interviews.
• Prepare in-depth reports and presentation materials for board meetings, ensuring accurate meeting minutes are taken and distributed promptly.
• Organize, review, and verify documents for accuracy and compliance, while effectively managing Managing Agent agreements and other administrative responsibilities.
• Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and calls, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as required.
• Assist the Managing Director with various tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Job Description

• Responsible for the full spectrum of M’s Bridge functions, including the set-up, commissioning, troubleshooting and generation of reports
• Provide technical advice and guide team members for commissioning of M’s Bridge systems
• Perform data collection and analysis
• Perform software troubleshooting and liase with relevant stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Liase with factory and other departments to resolve issues where necessary
• Perform Escalator / Lift / Group control software configuration including uploads/downloads & traffic studies using Windows & legacy software (eg. MS-DOS).
• Perform PC Hardware and software installation & troubleshooting
• Perform data collection, analysis and preparation of various reports, including but not limited to monthly/quarterly/yearly callback analysis reports
• Assist with customer presentations as and when required
• Assist in training activities
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Computer Technology or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in similar industry
• Knowledge of legacy software like MS-DOS, PC hardware/OS troubleshooting would be an advantage
• Self-motivated and a fast learner
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to take charge of a team or work independently when required
• Resourceful with good organizing skills
