1. Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to social work teams, including scheduling appointments for visits from families.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating case management meetings, conferences, and events.
• Ensure that all client records, files, and documentation are kept up-to-date, organized, and compliant with confidentiality and regulatory standards.

2. Client Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Assist with maintaining accurate case files, including intake forms, consent forms, assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Monitor and track client services, case status, and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Ensure that records are filed appropriately in both paper and electronic systems to meet agency, legal, and confidentiality requirements.

3. Conduct Surveys:

• As part of our efforts to better serve our clients, we will conduct monthly survey such as client satisfaction.
• Collect and compile data related to the survey and outcome.

4. Client Advocacy and Support:

• Provide basic support to clients by offering information about available services and helping with basic needs, such as arranging for transportation or securing appointments.
• Refer clients to social workers or other professionals when more complex intervention or counselling is needed.

5. Team Support and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with social work staff to ensure effective case management and client care, assisting in compiling case notes, case plans, and updates.
• Work closely with other dept to support the smooth operation of the dept.
• Attend team meetings to provide administrative support, take notes, and help with organizing action items.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Diploma holder
• At least 2 years’ social work experience
• Prior experience in residential setting for the elderly
• Have good knowledge of government financial schemes
• Ability to work with different groups, elderly, stake-holders

Job Scope

• Be the primary technical contact for customers and in house repair jobs
