Reporting to the Director of Engineering in HyperAutomation & AI within our Chief Technology Office, this position is responsible for designing, building, and integrating AI into production systems to ensure seamless operation for our company. Primary Responsibilities

· Software development on backend and frontend (Python, SQL, REST, JavaScript, TypeScript / node.js + React framework)

· Write efficient and maintainable code following best practices in software engineering.

· Working with DevSecOps tools for deploying and versioning code.

· Deploy solutions on the cloud with CI/CD integration.

· Deliver enterprise AI projects, products, and platforms with a focus on scalability and reusability.

· Work on technical pilots and feasibility studies of new opportunities to create value and transitioning successful pilots to scalable production implementations.

· Develop integrations with other applications and services.

· Develop unit tests of the application both positive and negative cases.

· Application release and second level support

· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in software engineering technologies.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies with the team to execute on prioritized projects and features.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to understand requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.

Education Minimum Requirement:

· Candidates are evaluated case-by-case but appreciate qualifications in quantitative, scientific and technology disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Physics, and Bioinformatics.

Required Experience and Skills:

· 2+ years hands-on coding and software design experience building robust and scalable software using Python, SQL, REST, JavaScript, TypeScript / node.js + React framework.

· Experience in building data intensive applications in a modern technology stack: Cloud services (AWS, Azure), data pipelines, SQL/No-SQL databases (graph databases is a plus)

· Familiar with class design, class architecture, and maintaining applications.

· Familiar building and consuming web-based APIs.

· Familiar with CI/CD environments such as Jenkins and test-driven development leveraging a Version Control system including different branching strategies.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

· Familiar with developing unit testing and different testing strategies such as performance testing.

· Understanding of System Integration patterns.

· Preferred Skills

· Experience working in an Agile Methodology.

· Familiar in fields related to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.

· Knowledge of Generative AI solutions and applications.

Sales Support & Quotation Management:

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on customer requirements and follow up on potential sales.

• Liaise with Site Engineers to understand customer needs and provide necessary support.

• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and offer technical solutions where appropriate.

Inter-Section/ Departmental Coordination

Purchasing & Product Sourcing

• Support purchasing roles by ensuring that materials and products are sourced in line with customer

requirements and job timelines.

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating products and suppliers, negotiating pricing, and ensuring lead time clearly

defined.

Administrative & Documentation Tasks

• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information including customer

details, sales history, and service records.

• Organize and file documentation records related to quotations, purchase orders, and customer & supplier

interactions.

• Handle general customer inquiries through calls, emails and WhatsApp to resolve issues in a timely and

professional manner.

• Provide administrative support for sales meetings, product presentations, and other related events.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring

• Track and monitor customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction, addressing issues where necessary to enhance the

overall customer experience.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the Section Team Lead/ Sales Manager or relevant departments for further

action.

Requirements

• Mech/ Chemical Engineering Degree so that can easily understand engineering terms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in campaign management, including executing product promotions, product launches, product listings, and campaign follow-ups.
• Manage the online store, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
• Work towards achieving growth targets and meeting sales goals through effective digital marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing demand generation plans to increase site revenue.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to fulfill artwork requirements and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain stock inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies as they arise.
• Manage online chat interactions and liaise with the Product team to provide accurate product knowledge to customers.
• Generate regular analysis and sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge would be advantageous for tasks such as basic image editing and content creation.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to the team's success.
