• Initiate actions to meet curriculum expectations and lead in curriculum innovations
• Participate in curriculum reviews and support curriculum enhancements
• Ensure that the learning environment, resources, and training style provided at all centres are consistent with the excellent standard expected
• Research and develop training content for teachers and principals
• Conduct trainings for teachers and principals
• Research and curate teaching and learning resources for teachers and children
• Maintains communications with all levels of the organisation and cluster principals, centre principals, and teachers
• Lead/ Facilitate in company and centre projects

Job Requirements

• Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood with experience in teaching and management
• Experienced and familiar with the Singapore Preschool Accreditation Framework (SPARK)
• Familiar with all National Frameworks (NEL, EYDF, FSMS)
• Excellent creativity, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
• An independent individual as well as a team player
• Proficient in usage of digital platforms (Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams etc.)
• Possess excellent written and communication skillsClarity in speech
• Confident in Public Speaking

· Handle sales enquiries and order processing

· Provide administrative support to ensure sales efficiency.

· Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing

· Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (EEE; Electronic, Mechanics; Biomedical etc.) related discipline

- 2 years of sales experience in optics, laser, spectroscopy, and photonics is preferred.
