We are looking for Sales Associate to join our team, who will be trained as personal shopper, proficient in offering style tips and creating personalized looks and styles to meet the discerning woman's unique fashion needs for customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Handling customer enquiries and provide product recommendations
• Working as a team to achieve monthly sales target
• Manage daily store operations
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Relevant experiences in Fashion Retail preferred
• Able to work in fast pace retail environment
• Able to work on weekends / public holiday and rotating shifts
• Have passion in fashion and willing to learn

• Supervising a team of retail assistants to ensure smooth operation
• Responsible for the sales of your category of products
• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Requirement:

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off
