Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience working with ITSM platforms, including developing service requests and platform maintenance.

• Demonstrated experience in IT service management activities, with a strong focus on service catalog and request management.

• Experience working in an IT operations or infrastructure environment, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.

• Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and familiarity with platform configuration and customization.

• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management.

• Experience with reporting tools and data visualization within ITSM platforms.

• Familiarity with automation/orchestration tools and their integration with ITSM workflows.

The Role

Responsiblities

Payroll

• Verifies all payroll instructions, including but not limited to, employment contracts, front office information, timesheets, receipts, etc.
• Process associates' payroll in accordance to business agreed terms, local legislations, business / local and group / internal and external audit requirements using appointed system.
• Ensure accurate and timely salary payments, plus mailing of payslips to associates

Billing

• Verifies all billing instructions, including but not limited to, service agreements, front office information, timesheets, receipts, etc.
• Process billing for clients in accordance to business agreed terms, local legislations, business / local and group / internal and external audit requirements using appointed system.
• Follow-up with clients on the receipt and query of the invoices.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice delivery, i.e. mode, invoicing requirements etc.

Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions, i.e. CPF, SDL, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly closing reports to Finance.
• Support in providing adhoc reports upon branches' request within reasonably agreed timeline.

Requirements

• Min. attainment of Diploma and above in Human Resource or Business Administration equivalent
• At least 1 year working experience with exposure in payroll processing and administration.

1. To act as a single point of contact for all user incidents, requests, and general communication.
2. Provide Level 1/2 support to all applications or software systems.
3. Coordinate with different support team to ensure issue resolved with proper resolution recorded.
4. Follow SOP and policy defined.
5. Knowledge Base Maintenance.
6. Provide incident management for all in-scope assets.
7. Responsible for tickets resolution within scope of support, with the use of remote diagnosis and resolution where appropriate.
8. Responsible for call logging, call assignment, incident management & coordination, call trackingand follow up to closure within agreed SLA.
9. SLA compliance and reporting.
10. Responsible for scheduling the engineers for onsite service calls.
11. Log all calls in the CRM system provided; review and manage all incidents and problems to ensure accurate recording, appropriate classification, timely escalation and updates to the customers.
12. Manage proactive monitoring using relevant tools and manage the alerts and tickets generated to closure.
13. Review the incidents and contribute to building up a knowledge base for effective and efficientIT support.
14. Develop and maintain service desk metrics and reports.
15. Focus on first call resolution to ensure early closure of tickets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all divisions and work closely with them to understand their specific procurement needs and business objectives.
• Check reasonableness of bid analysis, review and process requisition and purchase orders for supplies
• Ensure procurement activities are managed effectively, prioritising budget and cost control while ensuring that all actions align with governance requirements and organizational priorities.
• Build a culture of procurement compliance through continuous improvement and training to stakeholders.
• Support budgetary planning and costing.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of procurement policies is preferred.
