Responsibilities:

• Engage in the promotion and sales of medical equipment/products to Hospital and Healthcare facilities.
• Build, maintain and improve relationships with Key Opinions Leaders (KOL) and customer.
• Manage any exhibitions and seminars as directed by company.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and evaluations for both existing and new products.
• Provide comprehensive quarterly reports encompassing market insights, competitive analysis, promotional initiatives, and evolving customer requirements.
• Oversee the complete product life cycle, managing various models and SKUs.
• Responsible through strategic product positioning and analyzing against key competitors to executive brand management events/activities.
• Collaborate with the Manager to devise effective launch strategies for new models.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Biomedical Science / Science or other relevant field studies
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in medical equipment

1. Order Management: Oversee the efficient receipt and processing of orders to ensure smooth operations.
2. Shipping Coordination: Address inquiries from distributors and maintain communication with forwarders and suppliers for shipment arrangements.
3. Documentation: Manage shipment documents (e.g., invoice, packing list, bill of lading) to facilitate seamless customs clearance.
4. Claims and Issue Resolution: Handle warranty claims, report on short shipments or mispackings, and resolve logistics quality issues.

Requirements:

• At least a Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or the equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Access are required
• Comfortable with occasional business trips within Asia
