Reporting to the Manager, SCM Enterprise Application, this role will be a member of the ERP implementation & Support project team to Operations To support existing Oracle R12x Production Support, Service Request and Enhancement Request. This role will also ensure the smooth running of critical business processes after project implementation. Should have hands on experience with Development of Integrations, Data Migrations, Customizations.

Responsibilities:

· Manage full life cycle of Requirement, Design, Build, Testing, Deployment and Support

· Develop and document AS-IS / TO-BE business processes, configuration scripts, and other associated functional specifications from end user requirements, as well as system documentation for new implementations

· Assist with the configuration and development of application objects, workflow, reporting, integration, and conversion programs, etc

· Outline functional testing scenarios, prepare test scripts and conduct unit and system integration tests

· Conduct user training and manage user testing

· Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes

· Track and follow up on operational issues, and perform change impact analysis for quarterly changes on BAU landscape with reference to the project landscape

· Liaise with Biz users and vendor and ensure the deliverables with quality.

· Manage Oracle ERP R12 related support activities & Help with Oracle Fusion implementation.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

· Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Data Structure and Data Flow. Design, Development, Integration, BI Publisher, EDI, OTBI reports & Dashboards, PL/SQL, OAF ADF,Personalization,

· At least 5-7 years of experience, with at least 2 end to end Oracle ERP project implementation in Supply Chain & Distribution, with sound business process knowledge (e.g. Order-To-Cash, Procure-to-Pay) in a global environment.

· Hands on experience in developing RICE/CEMLI components; OAF Personalization, OAF extension, Oracle workflow, Oracle Forms, Oracle reports using PLSQL & SQL, Oracle Application frameworks, XML publisher reports and interfaces using PLSQL Stored Procedures.

· Experience Data conversion patterns into Oracle Cloud ERP (FBDI/FBDL, ADFDi)

· Hands on experience Implementation & Support of with Oracle ERP & Oracle Fusion clound. Supply Chain & Distribution modules like Oracle Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier portal, Purchase Contracts, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Order Management

· Preference given to those with experience in Global Trade management, RFsmart(Android experience good to have)

· Prior experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud migration good to have

· Experienced in an end-user environment is a requirement and those with experience in high-tech manufacturing will be a plu good to have

Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling cloud (IaaS or PaaS) and/or analytics services.

· Possess any of the cloud fundamentals certification

· Have sold deals of data warehousing, analytics solutions

· Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development

· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, promptly directing them to the relevant party and/or take comprehensive messages.
• Respond to banquet queries and send standardized event proposals, including food and beverage options, service lists, and terms and conditions. Process Venue Booking Confirmation Form and sent it to member as acknowledgement and acceptance upon the realization of events.
• Distribute the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to all relevant departments.
• Prepare all visual event guides such as signage, menus, and food labels for banquet functions.
• Proactively track the progress of proposals and follow up prior to established deadlines.
• Manage and complete necessary documentation and administrative tasks for the banquet department, including orders, requisitions, purchase orders, payments, petty cash forms, and filing.
• Maintain up-to-date banquet sales records, ensuring information is accurate after the conclusion of each event.
• Manage the Banquet event calendar in Outlook, documenting all bookings clearly to avoid scheduling conflicts, and coordinating with Restaurant Managers when necessary.
• Carry out additional responsibilities to support the Banquet Department's success.
• Provide secondary support for Food & Beverage administrative tasks as needed.
