Job Scope (Responsibilities):

• Help and also propose to our customers on frozen items
• Provide customers with information about frozen items
• Elevate complaints/ comments to management
• Liaising and good working relationship with admin and accounts department to facilities efficient and timely
• Prepare and execute sales plan
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Procure new clients and build long-term and string relationships with existing clients
• Meet sales and other targets as set by superior
• Gather feedback and information about customer needs, market and competition

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing technical submissions including drawings, technical schedules, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical issues on-site as required.
• Provide support to the sales team during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials with technical specifications and illustrations.
• Generate product drawings using AutoCAD and create 3D models as necessary to support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Min. ITE Mechanical qualification or relevant working experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modelling software.
• Min. 1 year experience drafting valves/piping for the oil/gas/water treatment industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients.
