Job Description

• Structuring of Asia Sales / Country Sales pipeline report & management
• Country & Asia Sales task progress compile & Internal review & Report to RHQ on weekly basis
• For Major Sales progress, monitor CRM system update for Asia Sales & Country Sales PIC
• Generate Monthly report for Sales performance review / ASM account PnL review / Sales plan
• Initiate Monthly Sales meeting (con-call) including Asia RHQ / Asia Sales / Asia countries
• Generate Quarterly report for Sales strategy progress review
• Initiate Monthly Sales meeting (con-call) including Asia RHQ / Asia Sales / Asia countries
• Generate Bi-annual / Annual report & coordinate Sales meeting (Con-call / F2F)
• Generate materials & sharing of New MNC target / New opportunities / Best Practice to countries
• Monitoring of ASM / Sales issues, escalation to relevant parties, support issue settlement

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Korean is required to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in the 3PL field, covering both Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics businesses. Experience in a regional sales role is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Ability to generate periodic sales reports (both summaries and detailed data) in English and Korean.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise among Global HQ, Regional HQ, and Country levels.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Job scope:

• Oversee good commercial relationship with all customers
• Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction with the team
• Manage and implement the process improvement and changes enabled by IT systems
• Provide in-house support to the Sales Personnel in handling sales quotations, SOPs, RFQs and enquiries pertaining to assigned accounts
• Liaise and coordinate with global offices/agents with regards to sales-related enquiries, as well as shipment monitoring/coordination in accordance to account SOP set up
• Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and external customers, in accordance to their requested format
• Review, update and maintain SOP, quotations and RFQ results for assigned accounts in server/systems
• Follow up on customer issues or handle disputes as and when necessary
• Develop and direct procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Sales Support Team
• Provide feedback to the Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes
• Ensure company policies & procedures, confidentiality, legal and ethical guidelines, such as Delegation of Authority are clearly communicated and adhered to
• Coach and guide new hires and junior team members for development and alignment

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
• Accounting service experience preferable
• Good knowledge of Salesforce and Cargowise One
• Strong service orientation and customer management skills
• Strong knowledge of pricing preferably for Ocean Freight Cargo Services
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork

* Attend to customer enquires relating to sales or sales operations
* Handle office administration matters such as application/renewal of work
permits, worker insurance, etc
* Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filing, data entry, etc
* Assist in typing of quotations, invoices and other documents
* Handle purchasing of stock/supplies required
* Manage sales enquiry log book paperwork
