Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Business Development Manager (B2B) to drive and lead our sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for promoting wellness. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with key clients, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on building long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential partnerships.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, set goals, and provide ongoing training and support.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
