Job Description:

Lab Management:

• Ensure that the lab is well-equipped and stocked with necessary materials and supplies for ongoing experiments and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of equipment/chemicals and supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with laboratory standards and regulations.

Experimental Support:

• Assist researchers and project teams with experimental setup, data collection, and analysis.
• Characterizations of surfaces and coatings in terms of mechanical, physical and chemical properties, as well as coating performance evaluation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on experimental procedures as required.
• Conduct routine calibration and maintenance of electrochemical equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in detailed lab reports.

Project Support:

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related science and engineering field.

The Programme Manager will manage the A*STAR Net Zero Nexus Sandbox, a pivotal initiative focused on driving Singapore's transition to a net-zero future. This role will oversee the entire programme lifecycle, from startup recruitment and support to ensuring the successful commercialization and scaling of cutting-edge climate technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Programme Management:
  • Oversee the design, execution, and management of ISCE2’s startup engagement programmes. Work with vendors and partners to run the programme.
