The Laboratory of Applied Human Genetics at the National Cancer Centre Singapore is a multi-disciplinary laboratory with specific focus on peritoneal malignancies and sarcoma. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of fast-paced and/or complex projects undertaken by ITS Science & Medical in Singapore or regional areas.
• Responsible for project management of infrastructure services supplied/offered by the Company that include, but not limited to hospital infrastructure, animal facilities, laboratory furniture, industrial, schools and other systems.

The aim of Technology Development & Commercialization (TD&C) department is to drive the development of budding technologies from SERI’s research projects, push the commercial development of current research collaborations with industry and actively promote such partnerships with new partners. The TD&C office serves as a one-stop support entity for all technology development, technology transfer and industry engagements.

The TD&C office serves as the programme office for strategic research collaborations with industrial partners. The Executive/Senior Executive will be an integral part of the programme’s team and support the large collaborations by facilitating critical aspects of the programme such as:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Programme and Project ManagementMaintain overview of all key programme activities and operations
   Support project team meetings (internal and external)

2. Grant ManagementMaintain relevant programme grant documents

Education/Experience requirements:

• Expertise in use of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.) and related software is a requirement

The Asian Thoracic Oncology Research Group (ATORG) was formed in 2016 to be the central coordinating platform for translational research and multi-centre clinical trials for thoracic malignancies in the Asia Pacific region. It is hosted by National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Executive will provide administrative support mainly for the ATORG team and the Principal Investigator (PI) in other aspects outside of ATORG. This role provides opportunities to interact internationally with healthcare institutions, industry partners and vendors, apart from internal functions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support including managing PI’s schedules, reimbursements, handling correspondence, minutes taking and organizing meetings with internal team and external committee meetings with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) of ATORG’s network in APAC.
