Working days & Time: 3 weekdays (3PM-9PM) + Weekend (Both Sat & Sun ; 9AM-6PM)
Salary: $3000 - $3500

Job Responsible:

• Prepare and conduct lessons: Tailor lessons in accordance with our curriculum with a holistic understanding of your student’s learning needs to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
• Curriculum Development: Work with our curriculum development team to create useful learning materials.
• Motivation: Inspire and motivate students to excel academically and develop a love for learning. Be a role model for your students. Give appropriate advice to students to improve students’ holistic development.
• Communication: Monitor your class progression and provide honest and helpful feedback with suggestions to parents on a regular basis to improve the student’s conduct or academic performance.

Administrative:

• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
• Check with students on their exam dates, record students’ test results, evaluate students’ test papers
• Conduct lessons and tutoring sessions.
• Assess and evaluate student performance(Mark papers).Provide feedback to students and parents. (Call parents and update class group chats - teacher’s personal contact would be added)
• Maintain a conducive and disciplined learning environment.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and curriculum changes.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement.
• Take attendance and arrange makeup lessons for absentees.

Requirement:

• Teaching certification or relevant teaching experience with Singapore MOE syllabus.
• Strong knowledge and passion for the subject(s) you teach.
• Primary post – Min. 'A' level or Diploma
• Secondary post – Min. Bachelor degree

Duties

• Undertakes specific stages of audit work under supervision.

As an AI research engineer, the candidate will work on an automatic disassembly for EoL waste management. The candidate will assist in:

• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art open and closed-source LLM models and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Process unstructured technical documents from automotive and EV products to extract relevant text and images using multi-modal LLM
• Assist in developing and refining LLM and RAG models to improve performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

As a robotics research engineer, the candidate will work on developing a new testbed towards automation autonomous disassembly process in e-waste management. The candidate will assist in:

• Development of the testbed to integrate sensors, robots, conveyor belts, workbench, controllers, etc.
• Programing and integrating industrial robots to perform tasks such as pick-n-drop and execution of disassembly action.
• Development and maintenance of prototype applications based on controllers such as Raspberry Pi and Arduino
• Improving trajectory planning algorithms to ensure high throughput of operations such as pick-n-drop
• Developing automated robot trajectory planning for robotic 3D scanning and disassembly, and automated generation and execution of disassembly actions.
• Closely communicate with other teams and presentation slides

• Manage and deliver analytics benchmarking reports from conception to completion with actionable insights and recommendations.
• High interaction with external clients and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Define detailed scope and methodology, creating and executing on the framework with appropriate data mining techniques

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. The Research Associate will be involved in primary research and responsible for reaching out to fund managers based in the Asia Pacific region to build relationships and obtain valuable proprietary information. This information consists of investment activities and preferences, fundraising and performance. This is a unique research role, requiring a sales-like mindset to unlock research relationships across the region. The role will also include handling data inquiries, quality assurance, data monitoring for consistency and client engagement regarding our Preqin Pro platform. The role will be based in Singapore.

In this role you will be:

• Proactively communicating and building relationships with key professionals of all levels within the alternative assets industry to obtain valuable proprietary information on past, current and future investment activities including historic performance.
• Holding regular face to face meetings with APAC-based fund managers to gain fundraising and performance data.
• Working actively alongside the APAC sales team to build strategic research relationships with fund managers and other key regional associations.
• Representing Preqin at conferences and networking events.
• Updating Preqin’s online database with key financial information, statistics and analysis.
• Conducting bespoke statistical analysis for clients.
• Liaising with our teams in North America and EMEA, as well as collaborating with other departments in the company, to deliver requests and provide solutions.
• Supporting senior leaders on research projects and regional strategy regarding further data enhancement and development activities.
• Contributing to research reports, blogs and publications occasionally.
• Conducting supplementary public/web research where necessary.
