Requirement:

• Records management experience in a GCP-regulated environment. Experience in clinical trials in Nutrition is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP), regulations/guidelines and of the quality control process and compliance requirements in relation to TMF.
• Solid experience of electronic document management system(s) and eTMF.

Panel Assistant Position (Part-time) in Singapore SSC

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our sensory team as a part-time Sensory Panel Assistant for a 9 month fixed term contract based in Singapore.

The Sensory Panel Assistant reports to the Sensory Manager, assisting them to ensure that sensory projects run smoothly by managing all activities related to the sensory panels’ sessions, overseeing sensory laboratory productivity, and supervising kitchen technicians.

This will be a 9 month fixed term contract starting immediately, running until September 2025

Hours of Work: 3 days - Tuesday and Thursday 9-6pm and Wednesday 9-1pm

Responsibilities:

• To assist in all aspects of the running of the Sensory Panel sessions including research, source, prepare and manage products and sensory references for sensory panel sessions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Food Hygiene qualification / an aptitude for food preparation with limited supervision needed
