Scope of Works:

1. Oversee day-to-day running of the school’s science laboratories and facilities
2. Station and move around the Science Lab during Science lab lessons to provide assistance to students.
3. Work closely with respective level subject reps and teachers to ensure that the resources for all hands-on activities are prepared prior to conduct of lessons.

7. Keep a stock book and breakage record and indicate to HOD Science for necessary replacement

11. Devise alternative hands-on activities in replacement to the ones found in the activity book
12. Provide care to the butterflies in the creature watch area i.e. obtaining fresh cuttings from the garden to feed them and clearing the enclosure of their waste.

14. Management of the desk copies for Science teachers
15. Prepare the materials requested by teachers to carry out ad-hoc hands-on activities.
16. Provide support to CCAs such as E2K and Green Club
17. Prepare and distribute Teaching & Learning resources e.g. deskcopies etc. to Science teachers at the beginning of the school year and collect the materials from teachers at the end of the year.
18. Safe storage, usage & proper records of chemicals used in the lab.

About the position

Aurora has developed a market leading suite of subscription services which provide analytics and insights to major players in the sector – helping to shine a light on developments across the power market and industry. The Research Lead, Wider Asia is a senior role leading a cross-cutting team of ~6 staff (with scope to grow further) organised into three clusters: Renewables, Flex markets/batteries, and Network curtailment. Examples of the types of work the team delivers includes:
