This position will offer opportunity to spearhead a new unit committed to justice, data-driven decision making, and participatory research.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, design and execute an integrated Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) strategy and system across the whole of SCC and transformation verticals, together with research consultant, to track families’ transformation journey so as to (1) to monitor the progress and impact of our work so that SCC can learn iteratively to adapt and improve our work and (2) to evaluate the extent to which SCC has achieved “Poverty Transformation With-in Empowered Communities”

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) will report to Manager, Research and Translational Innovation (RTIO) and will work closely within the RTIO team, as well as stakeholders and external partners of the SingHealth Community Hospitals (SCH). He/ she will implement RTIO’s 5-year strategic plan for the development of research and translational innovation in SCH and the intermediate and long-term care sector.

The CRC will perform literature review, assist in the writing of manuscripts, study recruitment, and obtain informed consent and conduct research activities in accordance to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Human Biomedical Research Act (HBRA). He/ She will perform research data and biological sample collection according to research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and specific procedures depending on study needs. He/ She will manage research study database and ensure accuracy and completeness of all data collected in study reports.
