• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various high-tech instruments used in the heterogeneous integration process, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
• Process Support: Manage equipment readiness, ensure the availability of processing materials, and perform critical tasks in the integration process.
• Inspection and Analysis: Conduct metrology inspections and analyse color-coded data to ensure the highest quality and precision in integrated modules.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or ITE graduate in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
