THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated Personal Assistant to work alongside the Senior Assistant and our dynamic global administration team to assist with all matters relating to the Directors’ duties. In your teaching role, you will

We are seeking passionate scientists who wish to develop innovative methods in the metagenomic assembly field. Our lab is focused on leveraging new technologies to better study microbial populations and their impact on human health. In this context, our lab has extensive experience in metagenomic analysis and has developed several widely used tools in this field. We are now focusing on new methods to obtain a comprehensive catalog of complete genomes at the strain level from metagenomic samples, which can be further leveraged for comparative genomic analysis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly interdisciplinary environment, with unique access to next-generation sequencing technologies and a wide range of samples. Solutions developed during this project will have direct applications to ongoing and new microbiome research projects in the lab, particularly in studying antimicrobial resistance and skin diseases.
