IME A*Star is currently working on establishing a hybrid fabrication platform for 150mm & 200mm Silicon Carbide (SiC) power MOSFETs as part of the new SiC R&D program. The ultimate aim is to drive disruptive innovations in power device research, with a specific focus on >1.7KV power MOSFETs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To lead development of SiC power technologies, serving as both front and back-end process integration in collaboration with advanced module development team. And aim

Current genetic engineering technologies using Agrobacterium, viruses and nanoparticles through syringe injection and biolistic bombardment suffer from limitations including narrow ranges of host species, low transformation efficiencies, strict restrictions on cargo types and sizes, tissue damage and unwanted transgene integration into plant genome. A major challenge to deliver exogenous material into plants is the cell wall barrier. Responsibilities

• Conduct research within assigned area of fixed income market coverage using information sources, including financial statements, earnings reports, published research, financial databases, corporate and management access
• Generate timely, and actionable bond investment ideas. Work with other members of the research team to evaluate a comprehensive range of bonds and bond funds

1. Prepare Science teaching & learning resources based on:

a. Workbook requirements

b. Teaching needs e.g. pull out plant model display when the P3s are learning about plants to be showcased in the lab
