Data Management and preparation of statistical reports
- Status tracking, including collecting, analysing, summarising/dashboarding for regular reporting of proposals and awarded grants, technology disclosures and publications:
- Awarded Grants: Liaise with other offices (Finance, PMO, SIMTech IDO, ARTC BDO) to consolidate data
- Technology Disclosures: Liase within RDO to consolidate data
- Publications: Liaise with SIMTech and ARTC Divisions and A*STAR SERC Planning to consolidate and align data
- Consolidate statistics and provide regular reporting to SIMTech, ARTC and SERC
- Carry out periodic update of Staff List and Affiliations for up-to-date reporting
- Continuous improvement to enhance data capture and information flow across departments
- Management of RDO shared folders and archival of documents for Grants, Technological Disclosure and Publications
Digitalisation and Dashboards
- Update (as required) and maintain Power BI Dashboard for pipeline proposals
- Design and maintain Power BI Dashboard for Technology Disclosures and Publications
- Propose, develop, maintain, and automate process approval workflows for all RDO-related approvals
System maintenance and updates
- Own, update and maintain TD system including troubleshooting and updating of approval workflows
- Design, build and maintain S&A Knowledge Management System (connecting Research Personnel, Technology Disclosures and Publications)
Intranet Page and Portals
- Maintain RDO intranet page with up-to-date information on Technology Disclosures and Publications
- Set up and maintain lists for Scopus and Scival portals
- Support RDO activities and tasks, as required
- Cover other RDO job functions, as required
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Diploma or Degree in administration or science or engineering
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Meticulous and attention to details
- Good command of PowerPoint and Words functionality for reporting
- Good command of Excel and Power BI for data management and dashboarding
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge on research/technical terminologies
- Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines
