· Identify best in class partners, institutions and government bodies and create opportunities for collaboration

· Identify and build up talent pool within Singapore and Asean region

· Create Employer brand awareness and build talent pipeline within the education systems ( especially local Universities)

· Sensing and analysis of recruitment situation in Southeast Asia including Singapore.

· Planning recruitment events to share recruitment information, company vision, company

· Introduction for job seekers in Southeast Asia including Singapore.

· Support HQ recruitment projects and process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS:

· Minimal BS degree or comparable engineering degree preferred

· Minimal 10 years of relevant Technology experience in Semiconductor industry

· Minimal 5 years of relevant HR- Talent Acquisition specialization experience in an international company or regional role

· Candidate with both Search and In-house experience will be an add-advantage

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Korean language skill to communicate with headquarters is a plus
