Position Overview:

You would work closely with the Operations Team and act as the point of contact to process transactions across asset classes, perform custodial and securities services operations, in both traditional and digital formats. • Client Service: Provide timely and accurate information to clients on trades and resolve an issues or concerns
• Risk Management: Ensure all trades comply with regulatory and risk policies. Manage risk register for Operations and perform risk control self-assessment to ensure effectiveness of operations controls.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all transactions.
• Process improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of operation processes
• Change Management: Act as SME for Operations in projects to ensure effective and scalable operational flows are set up and reviewed prior to launch of business or system changes
