1. Familiar with the entire process of crew recruitment, training, dispatch, and management, with a solid foundation in the industry，

2. Master the core concepts and skills of customer relationship management customer segmentation, demand analysis, satisfaction improvement, etc.，

3. Able to use marketing tools, such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, etc., to

develop effective market expansion plans for the company，

4. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and internal teams to solve various problems，
