Job Title: Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting

They are a digital assets start-up in Singapore backed by one of the largest securities brokerages/investment banks in Japan. They have received in-principle approval from MAS for their CMS license in Singapore. They are at the forefront of integrating traditional financial services with cutting-edge digital assets, offering innovative derivative investment products. Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Leadership:

• Act as a senior individual contributor, leading and supporting critical day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly accounts, journal entries, and supporting schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee month-end, half-year, and year-end close processes, including Financial Statements and General Ledger account reconciliations (e.g.,
