GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The role of an Associate Relationship Manager (Associate RM) is linked to the respective internal development programme. It is therefore a transitional role for a limited period of time (generally 3 years), with the overall aim of the Associate RM becoming a Relationship Manager (RM) after the successful completion of the programme. The present role profile describes the key features of the position towards the end of the programme, not at the very beginning.

The Associate RM is part of a front team and serves private clients of the Bank in close collaboration with one or several senior Relationship Managers, other team members, and specialists. This entails the delivery of comprehensive wealth management solutions to meet the clients’ needs as well as dealing with routine enquiries and transactions. Acquisition of new client relationships through his/her network is an additional, integral element of the role.

• Participate actively in the Associate RM development programme and engage in the Associate RM Community to share experience and best practice.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and information is collected.
• Provide clients with a clear understanding of the agency's processes and expectations.

Campaign & Influencer Management

Managing KOL Shortlisting and Scripts

• Identify and shortlist Influencers & Creators for campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and approval of content & scripts for KOLs.

Influencer Coordination

• Shortlist Influencers for client campaigns using our process.
• Work closely with our network of influencers and content creators to ensure they receive clear briefs and guidelines for content creation.
• Assist in their content creation.
• Monitor influencer deliverables, deadlines, and campaign performance.

Budget Management

• Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Ensure expenditures stay within allocated budgets.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Team Management

• Leadership & Oversight: Lead and manage the team’s daily operations, ensuring tasks are delegated effectively and campaigns run smoothly.
• Training & Development: Train and mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and provide resources for improvement.
• Resource Allocation: Distribute workload efficiently, balancing team capacity with project needs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong communication within the team and with clients to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve conflicts, troubleshoot issues, and maintain team morale.
• Quality Assurance: Review and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and agency standards.
• Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, implement best practices, and maintain updated SOPs.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring and integrating new team members effectively.

Requirements

• Operational & Team Management Skills: Experience managing teams, coordinating tasks, and overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Leadership & People Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a team. Proven experience in leading team meetings, conducting 1:1 check-ins, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Strategic & Creative Thinker: Ability to develop strategic proposals, think creatively to solve client challenges, and drive innovation within the team.
• Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and present to clients.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the influencer marketing industry, including trends, tools, and competitor landscape, to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
• Adaptable & Resourceful: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and find solutions to complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
