Team structure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of HR experience, with 6+ years in a leadership role focusing on strategic HR business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.
• Proficiency in Workday or other HR systems; familiarity with Oracle HRM and HR analytics is an advantage.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities and delivering impactful results.
