Job Summary:

The Funds Product Manager is responsible for managing and growing the mutual funds product portfolio. This includes developing and executing product strategies to increase product penetration, achieve sales targets, enhance customer experience, and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy and Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve AUM growth and sales targets.

6. Data Analytics and Reporting:

• Use data analytics to develop use cases that improve RM productivity and client experience.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.

• HR administration tasks such as preparing employment contracts, letters and other documentation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters, such as work permit, work pass applications, renewal, cancellations and any other MOM related issues.

The role

The Riot Operations Center (ROC) provides 24/7 live response for issues that impact our players. The APAC Head of Risk, Regulatory and Controls is a senior 1st line of Defence (1LOD) role accountable for leading technology risk reduction strategy and protecting the Bank’s Licence to operate through compliance and adherence to technology regulations across the 14 APAC countries managed by the APAC Country Technology Management (CTM) division.
