The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and profitability. The Operations Manager works closely with Director of Food and Beverage to align operational activities with the Club’s goals and objectives. Deputized the duty of the Director of Food and Beverage in his absence.

Job Descriptions

Operational Management:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Club, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Process Optimization:

• Implement and manage systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Continuously evaluate and update operational processes to keep pace with industry trends and best practices.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the operational budget ensuring cost control and maximizing profitability.

Customer Service:

Performance of Duties

• Lead a team to manage financial aid disbursement e.g. student loans, CPF, Mendaki, scholarship rolled out by schools / government agencies / funding agencies

• Monitor debt collection for student loans and sponsorship
• In-charge of government agencies and funding agency claim’s submission
