3. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files.
   Retrieve data as needed and respond to data retrieval requests from other departments.
   Assist with data retrieval and reporting for audits or inquiries.
4. Data Analysis: Provide basic data analysis and reporting support to various departments.
   Assist in generating reports and summaries from the data collected.
5. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
   Collaborate with other departments to support their data-related needs.
   Assist in organizing and managing departmental records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary diploma or equivalent (Students welcome to apply). Additional education in data entry or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
• Basic knowledge of data processing and database systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position, and part-timers have to commit at least 3 days a week, 4-5 hours a day, and at least 3 months. Please state your availability in your resume or application.
