• Handle daily rate inquiries from local and international stakeholders.
• Timely response to all inquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensure timely billing, and close job files efficiently.
• Handle all necessary shipping documentation and perform duties related to shipping operations.
• Process customs declarations for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate import and export operations to guarantee timely delivery in line with client timelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

2. Able to work with huge volume data
3. Proficiency in Microsoft excel, formulae, VBA etc
4. Support static request from stakeholders ensuring control is in place & data are correctly reflecting in various systems supported
5. Static request include Securities, Counterparty, SSI, Master Agreement etc
