Job Description:

Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

• Comply to Veolia Life Saving Rules while performing work inside company premises.
• Effectively participate and contribute in company EHS programmes and initiatives.

Operational

• Responsible for operating both Hot and Cold DCS consoles which include process monitoring and parameter adjustment in order to achieve production targets without any safety issues or noncompliance.
• Study processing schedules, engineering recommendations, lab analysis results to determine sound changes in process unit control.
• Record and compile DCS operating data for monitoring purposes and take necessary actions if any deviation or abnormalities are observed.
• At a time, go to the site to do site monitoring and observe flame patterns at the incineration unit in order to optimize the production process.
• Coordinate start-up, shut-down and normal operations/maintenance activities with Operation Supervisor and Operation Technician.
• Perform basic calculations for determining process parameters and material balances.
• Responsible for alarm management of the DCS and ESD systems and provide valuable input to manage the process units.
• Highlight to Supervisor on duty in the event of any abnormality which can affect plant production and safety.
• Perform troubleshooting at DCS/field level, resolve operational issues at DCS/field and provide support for the engineering, operation and maintenance team.

The APAC Transportation Manager has direct accountability for APAC transportation management (inbound flows, Intercompany flows between plants and outbound to our customers) for South East Asia Oceania (SEAO) and South Asia (SA). Your focus is to ensure the assigned regional transportation team with clear accountability on cost performance, operational performance, C02 reduction and on contributing to the long-term strategic transportation roadmap to support 2025 Logistics strategy Roadmap.
